Can we order samples?
Yes, we accept sample orders. We create samples prior to full-scale production, and once approved, we proceed with mass production. We conduct thorough inspections throughout the production process and perform random checks before packaging.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1kg, but we can accommodate smaller quantities such as 100g, provided the sample fee is fully paid.
Are there any discounts available?
Discounts are available based on the quantity ordered.
How can we ensure product quality before placing an order?
We offer free samples for certain products, with the condition that you cover the shipping costs or arrange for a courier to collect the samples. Please provide us with your product specifications, and we will manufacture according to your requirements.
Do you provide product reports?
Yes, we will supply a product analysis report before the shipment.
Up to 50kg: We recommend express delivery, often referred to as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) service.
Up to 500kg: Air freight is suggested, typically known as FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) services.
Over 500kg: Sea freight is the preferred option, also commonly referred to as FOB, CFR, or CIF services.
For high-value items: To ensure safety, please opt for air shipping or express delivery.
